Red Dead Redemption Trailer

Red Dead Redemption

We'll be starting work on Red Dead Redemption from Rockstar Games. Game is due out in the fall of this year. For what I've seen so far it looks pretty cool. My main responsibility will be facial animation.

Disney Recycles

Here's a clip of two Disney films with same animation sequence. I knew Disney reused some of their animations to save time and money, but I didn't know they included long sequences like this one. Take a look.

Here is my final shot for the 11 second club jan. entry. I added a few changes according to the comments I received after voting. I placed 8th out of 129.

Quick Portrait

Well, here is a first attempt in a long time at drawing in charcoal. The last time I used charcoal on any of my drawings was back in high school when I took my first life drawing class. Personally I prefer not to use charcoal simply because it's too messy. For my figure drawings I stick with a regular pencil, mainly a 6B pencil will do. Anyway, this was done from a photo clipped out of a magazine. There was so much detail in the face that I needed to do some sort of drawing from it.

Quick Sketches

A few sketches I did at the park and shopping center. These were done in pen and there about 1 minute drawings. I really tried pushing each drawing trying to add more character to each. Overall they look o.k.
